Powergate Energy (Mysore) Pvt Ltd designs and installs rooftop solar for homes, businesses and industry. We started with a simple aim: make solar energy practical and affordable for people across Karnataka.

Our founders have over 75 years of combined experience in energy: product development, project execution and after-sales service for power products. Every system is designed by our in-house power-system engineers for Indian conditions.

Leadership
Co-founder and CEO
Over 30 years of engineering and entrepreneurship, including more than 15 years in renewable energy. Before Powergate he was Head of Technical and Head of O&M at Leitwind Shriram Manufacturing. Electrical engineering degree from IIT Kharagpur and an MBA from IIM Bangalore.
Co-founder, COO and CTO
A serial entrepreneur who has built consumer businesses from electronics retail to network and ISP solutions for large corporates across India. Over 30 years designing and executing projects for industrial requirements.
Chief Business Officer
An entrepreneur in computers and peripherals, tea and financial services, with over 20 years in electronics retail including renewable power systems. A member of chambers of commerce and industry in Mysuru.
